What Utilities are included in my rent?
Your rent covers the cost of heat, and water is also included. Additionally, there is a nominal monthly fee for water based on the size of the apartment:
- For a 1-bedroom apartment, water is included in the rent.
- For a 2-bedroom apartment, there is an additional $45 per month for water.
- For a 3-bedroom apartment, there is an additional $50 per month for water.
What amenities does Pleasant Lake Apartments offer?
We offer a variety of amenities to enhance your living experience, including:

Are pets allowed?
Yes, we welcome your furry companions! There is a monthly fee for pets, which is $60 for cats and $40 for dogs.
Is there parking at Pleasant Lake Apartments?
We offer open parking spaces along with *some carports and garages.
Is there on-site maintenance?
We provide 24-hour maintenance services to ensure your peace of mind and address any issues promptly.
What is around the area?
The property is conveniently situated just 8 minutes north of the Shoppes at Parma and a 10-15 minute drive south of Strongsville. Both areas offer a comprehensive array of shopping options, providing everything you might need.
Do you allow smoking in the buildings on the property?
While we have designated some buildings as smoke-friendly, we are currently in the process of transitioning most of the property into non-smoking buildings.
