For 1st floor suites, either one dog weighing a maximum of 50 pounds at maturity, or two dogs weighing a maximum of 35 pounds each at maturity are allowed. Alternatively, select 2nd or 3rd floor suites permit one dog weighing a maximum of 35 pounds at maturity. Written proof of renter’s insurance, valid dog license and updated rabies vaccination is required. Pit bulls and other breeds classified as "vicious" are not permitted in accordance with the policy. Alternatively, residents are allowed up to two (2) cats. Documentation from a veterinarian verifying the cats' vet records is required. Similar to dog owners, cat owners must sign a pet agreement and pay a monthly pet rent. Up to two (2) cats are permitted.
